Bomba Israel is the Jewish volunteer fiŒre department of Santiago, Chile. Photographer Zion Ozeri explains: There, every ethnic group has its own Œfire engine. That doesnt mean theyre not going to help others, but there is a sense of pride: We have our own volunteers. And the younger ones are trainees. Bomba Israel was founded in 1954, and its mission is to serve all those in its area who need assistance.
